For the price you pay here it is certainly not worth it. The pool cocktails were not pleasant, the $30 caesar salad I purchased at the pool bar came with no dressing and a few wait staff by the pool were rude, I came home with severe food poisoning and on top of all that, I'm still waiting to hear back from their "Customer Service" team as to why I was charged for using the mini bar when It wasn't even touched. For such a high end hotel, I'm really disappointed. Most hotels offer a free drink or something when they know you are celebrating your birthday, here nothing. Overpriced and overrated! A real let down.
